摘　　要：凿岩台车在隧道施工过程中发挥着重要作用,凿岩机作为凿岩台车的主要部件,其性能决定了整个凿岩台车的使用效果。在凿岩台车的实际使用过程中,凿岩机过早损坏的现象经常发生,但由于凿岩机的制造商不同,损坏的情况也不尽相同。通过对汤母洛克公司生产的SUPERHL560型凿岩机在某工程施工过程中过早损坏的案例进行分析,探讨其过早损坏的原因,提出有效的预防措施,为此设备在类似工程中的应用提供借鉴。Drill rigs play an important role in tunnel construction. As the major component in drill rig, the performance of rock drill determines the operation result of the overall drill rig. In actual operation of drill rig, premature damages of rock drill occur frequently, while the situations of damage are not the same due to different rock drill manufacturers. Through premature damage case analysis of model SUPER HL 560 rock drill produced by Tom Rock Co., during construction execution of a certain project, the cause of premature damage is investigated and an effective preventive measure is presented to provide a reference for the equipment operation in simi-lar projects.
