摘　　要：介绍了云南文山斗南锰业股份有限公司矿山采矿技术发展经历的初级起步、规范发展、持续改进的3个阶段,并分别对白姑矿区和嘎科矿区的初期采矿技术和当前采矿技术状况进行了评述,最后提出了斗南锰业未来矿山采矿技术的发展方向。The paper describes the mining technology development course of Dounan Manganese Co. , Ltd in Wenshan, Yunnan, which consists of three stages ： primary start, standardized development and sustained improvement; reviews the early and current mining technology of Baigu mine district and Gake mine district respectively; and proposes the future development direction of mining technology of Dounan Manganese.
