摘　　要：通过回顾国际上保护20世纪遗产理念的提出过程,阐述了晚近遗产概念的实质和内涵。在比较国内外登录保护建筑评估标准的基础上,对建成不足50年历史的建筑遗产、建成环境和文化景观的保存状况和潜在危机进行了分析,呼吁尽快建立我国20世纪遗产保护的理论体系和技术框架。By the review of the course of proposing internationally the idea of＂conservation of the 20^th Century heritage＂ this paper shows us the essence and connotation of the concept about ＂recent past heritage＂. By comparison of the evaluation criteria for documentation of heritage conservation at home and abroad, this paper makes analysis of the state of conservation and hidden crisis of the architectural heritage, the surroundings and culture-scape with a history in less than 50 years. It appeals for establishment of a theory system and technical framework for domestic conservation of the 20^th Century heritage.
