摘　　要：社区是城市院前急救医疗的前沿，加强社区卫生服务中心的急救能力建设，是建立健全急诊医疗服务体系的基础。本文阐述了国外社区急救服务概况及国内社区急救的开展现况，并对社区急救建设模式和信息化建设提出相应的意见和建议。Community is the forefront for pre - hospital emergency medical services. It＇s the basic for establishing emergency medical services system to strengthen the community heahh service center for emergency capacity - building. This article describes the developping situation of emergency medical services in China and other countries community. It also give suggestions for community emergency made and information constuction.
