摘　　要：地震灾害医学救援需求突出表现在医疗救护任务重、卫生防疫难度大和心理干预时效性强等方面；根据地震灾害医学救援需求特点，讨论加强机动卫勤分队模块化建设，有效应对抗震救灾；提出抗震救灾组织模块、装备模块、药品模块标准，基于模块抽组机动卫勤分队分阶段实施医疗救护、结合地区特点做好卫生防疫、针对不同人群及早实施心理干预。The forms which demand on medical rescue of earthquake disaster predominantly are the heavy tasks of medical aid,difficulties of epidemic prevention and timeliness of psychological intervention. According to the characteristics of the demand for medical rescue of earthquake disaster, discuss how to strengthen the mobile squad of medical service and cope with earthquake relief effectively. Put forward the standard of earthquake relief organizations module, equipment module, and drug module and implement earthquake disaster relief based on the module selected of the mobile squad of medical service.
