∧形皮瓣游离固定术在混合痔手术中的应用

摘　　要：为提高混合痔的于术疗效，减少术后并发症，缩短愈合时间，在行混合痔手术外痔剥离时，采用∧形皮瓣游离固定的方法治疗混合痔72例和环状混合痔25例，全部治愈。一般混合痔愈合时间4～7d，环状混合痔6～12d，随访6个月至3年无后遗症和并发症．无复发。The objective of this study was to improve the traditional surgical procedure in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. The procedure of ∧-shaped free skin flap fixation was adopted during external hemorrhoidal dissection. 72 cases with mixed hemorrhoids and 25 cases with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent such procedure. As results, all the 97 patients were cured; generally the healing period of time for mixed hemorrhoid was 4-7 days,that for circumferential mixed hemorrhoid was 6-12 days;and no recurrence,complications or sequelae were found during the follow up of 6 36 monthes.
