小切口分段外剥内扎加芍倍注射液注射治疗环状混合痔疗效观察

摘　　要：为比较两种手术方法治疗环状混合痔的临床效果，采用小切口分段外剥内扎，配合芍倍注射液注射治疗环状混合痔94例，与传统外剥内扎配合消痔灵注射法治疗环状混合痔58例进行对比。结果显示，治疗组治愈率、平均愈合时间、平均痔核萎缩时间、肛门局部不良反应发生率等各项观察指标均优于对照组。结果表明，小切口分段外剥内扎配合芍倍注射治疗环状混合痔安全有效，并发症少。For the objective of comparing the curative effects of two therapies for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,authors divided 152 cases into treatment group（ n =94 cases） and controlled group（ n =58 cases） and performed mini-incision segmental procedure of external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus Shaobei solution injection for treatment group and traditional procedure combined with Xiaozhiling injection for controlled group in respectively. As results, in curative rate, average healing time, average atrophy time of hemorrhoid,incidence of anal adverse reaction, etc treatment group was all better to controlled group. These indicate that mini-incision segmental procedure plus Shaobei solution injection is safe and effective and of less complication in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
