沈阳市可持续发展的生态资源占用核算与分析

摘  要:利用生态足迹方法对沈阳市1993~2004年的生态资源占用进行计算,结果表明,沈阳市1993~2004年人均生态资源占用平均为2.1075hm^2,人均生态承载面积平均为0.7248hm^2,人均生态赤字平均为1.3827hm^2.人均生态资源占用是人均生态承载面积的3倍.1993~2004年间,以人民币表示的生态消耗强度从1993年的3.123hm^2/万元降低到2004年的0.839hm^2/万元,生态效率从3202元/hm^2提高到了11919元/hm^2.生态效率提高了2.72倍,年平均增长率为22.69%.生态效率的上升说明单位产出对资源的占用逐渐降低,进一步说明了沈阳市在这12年来对资源的利用效益得到了明显的提高.: Ecological footprint (EF) was used to measure the occupancy of ecological resources in Shenyang City's economic development from 1993 to 2004. The results showed that in the 12- year period the per capita resource occupancy, bearing area and deficit were 2. 107 5 hm^2, 0,724 8 hm^2 and 1. 382 7 hm^2, respectively, i.e. , the per capita resource occupancy is about 3 times as large as the per capita ecological deficit. Calculated with the unit in 1 000 RMB yuan, the intensity of resource use(IRU) decreased from 31.23 hm2 in 1993 to 8.39 hm^2 in 2004. Equivalently, the ecological efficiency increased from RMB 3 202 yuan/hm^2 to 11 919 yuan/hm^2 in the same period, i. e,, decreased 2.72 times as small as that in 1993 or an annual growth rate was 22.69 %. The increasing ecological efficiency implies the gradually decreased occupancy of resource and, further, reveals that the utilization ratio of resources had been improved clearly in Shenyang City in the 12-year period.
