摘  要:在动态铣削力模型基础上,通过正交铣削实验分析了立铣4Cr16Mo模具钢时各加工参数对切向切削力系数Kt和径向切削力系数Kr的影响规律,以及切削参数的优化选择;采用二次多项式模型和偏最小二乘法对其进行回归分析.结果表明:对于Kt,径向切深对其影响最大,切削速度次之,每齿进给量的影响最小;而对于Kr,每齿进给量对其影响最大,径向切深次之,切削速度的影响很小.基于此,提出了减小切削力的简单有效办法,同时采用实验方法加以验证.Based on the dynamic milling and orthogonal experiments in end milling die steel 4Cr16Mo, this paper discussed the different influence made by four input cutting parameters(cutting speed, feed rate , radial and axial depth) on the tangential and radial cutting force coefficients and then analyzed how to choose optimal parameters in processing. The analysis results shows that the radial depth of cut has the largest effect on tangential cutting force coefficient, followed by cutting speed, then axial depth of cut and feed per tooth, while feed per tooth has the largest effect on radial cutting force coefficient, followed by the radial depth of cut, then the axial depth of cut and cutting speed. It is found in the further experiment that the prediction value of the two coefficients using both quadratic polynomial model and partial least-square regression can fairly match the practical case which will be beneficial to the production.
