摘 要:实验室研究了冷轧00Cr12Ti铁素体不锈钢在820℃不同保温时间下的退火工艺,运用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了试验钢板再结晶晶粒的显微织构、尺寸和晶界角度分布及其成形性能的关系。试验结果表明:不同保温时间下退火钢板再结晶晶粒的显微织构、晶粒尺寸和晶界角度分布上存在着差异,这种差异反映出不同退火工艺对钢板成形性能的影响。此外,还利用EBSD对不同退火工艺的再结晶程度作了分析。Cold-rolled ferritic stainless steel for automobile were treated by different kinds of annealing parameters including different holding times at 820℃ in laboratory. The recrystallization texture, grain size, grain boundary angle distribution and its rela- tion with mechanical properties were investigated by electron back-scatter diffraction (EBSD). The results showed that in the condition of different holding times of treatment the recrystallization texture, grain size and grain boundary angle distribution of the ferritic stainless sheets are different. The differences can result in obvious difference in forming properties. Furthermore, the degree of recrystallization for different kinds of ferritic stainless sheets were also analyzed by means of EBSD.
