摘  要:总结在A454型粗纱机上改善粗纱条干CV值的措施。针对A454型粗纱机的实际情况,合理设置钳口大小、罗拉隔距、摇架压力、牵伸倍数等工艺参数,优选纺纱器材,调整各部机械状态,并加强其操作管理、温湿度管理;在FA302型并条机上严格执行工艺设置,保证传动部件和牵伸部件运转良好,加强操作管理和数据采集分析,使得粗纱及成纱条干CV值得到了改善。Measures of modifying roving evenness in A454 roving machine were summed. According to practical situation of A454 roving machine, parameters were set properly including nip size, roll gauge, cradle pressure and draft multiple, spinning accessory were optimized, machine situation was adjusted, operational management and temperature & humidity management were enhanced. In FA302 drawing machine,processing were set strictly, transmission component and draft component were operated well, operational management and data collecting and analysing were enhanced ,which could improve roving and yarn evenness.
