细纱前区附加压力棒上销的应用体会

摘　　要：分析前区压力棒上销的结构特点、作用机理及纺纱效果。在CJ 14.5 tex品种上,分别以后区为平面牵伸和V形牵伸的机型上通过细纱工艺的不同配置来进行压力棒上销纺纱对比试验。结果表明:细纱前区附加压力棒上销后改善了成纱条干,减少了千米细节、粗节和棉结。但在实际使用中还存在一些问题,需要做进一步的探讨。Structure property,principle,spinning effect of press bar top pin in front zone were discussed. CJ 14. 5 tex yarn was taken as an example, the test of press bar top pin equipped with plane draft and V type draft in back zone in different spinning processing were contrasted. The result shows that after installing press bar top pin in spinning front zone,yarn evenness could be improved,neps, thin places and thick places per kilometer were reduced. There are some other problems in preclinical production that need to be resolved.
