摘　　要：为用好FA261型精梳机,对精梳机速度、定量、落棉率、给棉长度、分离罗拉顺转定时等主要工艺参数进行了试验与优化,找出了实际生产中正确调整FA261型精梳机工艺参数的依据和方法,用以指导生产,取得了较好的效果,促进了产品质量的提高。To make full use of FA261 comber, key processing parameters were tested and optimized,including comber speed, weight per unit, waste percentage, feeding length and drawing-off roller timing of clockwise revolving et al. Bases and methods of adjusting FA261 comber processing parameter correctly were found out in practical production, which were applied to guide production, better effect could be realized and product quality could be improved.
