摘　　要：为在TDN-120型倍捻机上顺利生产C27．8tex与水溶丝合股无捻纱等多个品种，对工艺设计进行了优选。通过合理控制锭速、锭子张力、超喂率等工艺参数，保证并纱张力的一致性，降低了捻度不匀率，解决了弱捻与“小辫纱”问题。认为TDN-120型倍捻机适宜于生产7．3tex×2～83．3tex×2股线及C27．8tex与水溶丝合股无捻纱等多个品种，捻度不匀率控制在2．5％左右，质量达到使用要求。To produce some products in TDN-120 double twister successfully including twistless yarn that doubled by C 27.8 tex and water-soluble filament, processing design was optimized. Through controlling parameter including spindle speed,spindle tension, super feeding ratio et al, doubling tension uniform could be ensured, twist unevenness could be reduced,low twist and kinky yarn could be resolved. It is considered that TDN-120 double twister is suitable to produce 7.3 tex ×2 - 83.3 tex × 2 ply and twistless yarn that doubled by C 27.8 tex and water-soluble filament, twist unevenness could be controlled about 2. 5% and quality could reach using demands.
