摘　　要：由于往复式活塞隔膜泵的工作条件恶劣,易出现泵阀泄漏等各种机械故障,这就需要开发一个智能化的故障诊断系统。本系统采用面向对象的知识表示形式,采用神经网络支持传统专家系统的诊断模型和诊断规则进行推理。经过实际诊断验证,本系统可以实现对往复式活塞隔膜泵常见故障的精确诊断,为用户节省维修成本,缩短维修时间,避免不必要的损失,达到巨大的经济效益。The reciprocating piston diaphragm pump is used in bad conditions. It tends to be damaged such as pump valve leakage. Therefore, developing an intellect diagnosis system is compulsive. This system uses the object-oriented knowledge to express and employs the diagnosis model and diagnosis rules of the traditional expert system supported by the neutral network to carry out inference. The practical diagnosis shows that the system can accurately diagnose the faults of the reciprocating piston diaphragm pump, which saves the maintenance cost for customers, shortens the maintenance time, avoids needless loss and achieves huge economic benefits.
