摘  要:目的寻找及评价更合适的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)直接测定法或计算法。方法分析295例血清脂质结果。用直接法测定LDL—C和五种计算法比较。结果比较295例血清脂质分析,以Delong法与RANDOX直接测定法的LDL—C结果最接近(P〉0.05),差异无统计学意义。三酰甘油(TG)分组,当TG≤4.52mmol/L时,直接测定法较Delong法、Friedewald法高(P〈0.001),但Delong法最接近直接测定法。当TG〉4.52mmol/L时,多数计算法随TG增高而降低,但Delong法较稳定,比直接测定法高(P〈0.05)。以血清LDL—C分组,RANDOX直接测定法与Delong法公式计算法结果相符率(55.6%)最高。结论Delong法与RANDOX直接法的LDL—C最接近。当TG〉4.52mmol/L时,Delong法比其它方法结果稳定。Delong法比Friedewald法更适用于临床。Objective In order to deploy method and formula furthermore suitable on routine procedures. It is searched and evaluated that measured or formula calculation for LDL cholesterol(LDL-C) measurement. Methods Studied 295 cases of serum with LDL-C and TG concentrations. Evaluation of five calculation methods and RANDOX directly measured for determining LDL-C. Results It is not statistically significant (P〉0. 05) that different between RANDOX directly measured and Delong calculation in 295 cases LDL-C. In TG≤4.52 mmol/L,directly measured LDL-C is higher than Delong calculation,Friedewald calculation. But Delong calculation most approximation the directly measured LDL-C. In TG〉4.52 mmol/L,Delong calculation and directly measured LDL-C concentrations were significantly different (P〈0. 05). The result conformity rate was 55.60/00 between RANDOX directly measured LDL-C and Delong calculation LDL-C. Conclusion The two LDL-C results is most approximation between RANDOX directly measured and Delong calculation. LDL-C of the Delong calculation is better stable than other methods. The Delong calculation is better refer to clinic than Friedewald calculation.
