摘　　要：在世界范围内日益兴起的地方学,是地方文化研究深入发展的必然产物。目前,我国的地方文化研究,多已发展到地方学的新阶段。当今的河洛文化研究,必须紧跟全国地方学兴起的新趋势,及时发展到地方学研究的新阶段。河洛学就是以洛阳历史文化、现代城市建设和未来发展战略作为研究对象的综合性学科。它是一个融古贯今、展望未来的系统工程。The region subject is springing up increasingly all over the world, which is the inevitable result that region culture research has been developed thoroughly. Nowadays, region culture research has been developed into a new stage-region subject in China. Therefore, Heluo culture research must have been developed into a new stage-Heluo subject research, so that it can tightly follow with the new trend of the region subject is rising around the country. Heluo subject is an all-around subject that chiefly research historical culture, modern city construction and future development stratagem of Luoyang on the basis of researching Heluo culture. It is a system engineering that syncretize ancient and modern times and prospecting future.
