摘　　要：黄河沿岸经济带的开发,可以成为我国继长江沿岸经济带开发之后的又一重大举措,必须及时认定黄河沿岸经济带开发的战略地位,充分发挥其综合优势,主动把握关键环节,努力做出积极的对策创意:推进基础设施建设,抓好一批重大骨干工程;加强生态环境保护,实现生态与经济效益相统一;优化沿岸产业结构,培育和形成新经济增长极;提高农民收入,加快区域城镇化建设步伐;实施东中西部协调战略,进一步加强经济联系与协作;推动国际合作开发,借鉴国内外的开发经验。The exploration of Yellow River longshore economic belts has been the second state important measure after Yangtze River economic belts. We must define strategic position of the Yellow River longshore economic belts＇ exploration in time and bring it into full play, holding key links and trying hard to making countermeasure of exploration of the Yellow River longshore economic belts. In order to achieve our goals, we should： promote the infrastructure construction, focusing on the important key future projects; promote the protection and construction of ecology and environment, focusing on realizing the coordinated development view of economic efficiency; promote the industrial structure along the shore, focusing on cultivating the new economic growth pole; promote to increase the income of the farmers, focusing on quickening the procedures of building towns; promote the coordinated development of Middle, East and West, focusing on enhancing the economic relations and cooperation; promote International Development Coooeration. foeusing on borrowing the ideas from Experiences both at home and abroad.
