摘　　要：在信息时代的开放背景下,同质化使银行同业间的竞争加剧,与信息化较为成熟的外资银行同台竞技获利空间大为缩小,甚至危及生存。从差异化视角分析,中国银行业的归核化发展战略,在实施中以合作竞争战略作有益补充;并以此克服功能同质化,塑造中国银行业的核心竞争能力。In the information age and the background of opening-up, the homogenization of banking industry is more prominent, making the China banking industry increased competition and profit greatly narrow space compared with the information more mature of foreign banks with the same stage, or even endanger their survival. This paper proposes the outsourcing strategy of China Banking＇ development from the differentiation perspective, implementing in coopetition strategy for useful supplement, so as to overcome homogeneous problems of the banking functions,reengineer the China banking core competitiveness.
