摘　　要：格拉布斯准则、方差分析、多重比较对于数据的统计处理是很有效的方法,Excel是实验室常用的数据处理软件。本文以农业生产的试验数据为例,介绍对于数据异常值的去除,在Excel中通过"加载宏"自动进行方差分析,以及利用其函数以最小显著差数进行多重比较的统计方法。Grubbs test, variance analysis and multiple comparison are effective methods for data management. Excel is a common software for data processing in experiment. In this paper, these are introduced that how to remove doubtable value, use ＂Added macros＂ to deal with variance analysis and use the function to deal with multiple comparison in the way of LSD（least significant difference） by Excel 2003 software through taking agricultural experimental datas as a example.
