功能性鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术病人术后舒适改变的原因分析及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨功能性鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术病人术后舒适改变的原因及护理。方法对60例功能性鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术术后病人进行了舒适改变原因问卷调查，分析调查结果，了解影响病人术后舒适的相关因素和影响程度。结果60例功能性鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术病人术后舒适改变程度最重度的前4住因素依次是：鼻、前额胀痛23例（38．33％），口干、咽痛22例（36．67％1，失眠18例00．00％），鼻腔渗血不适17例（28．33％）；不同年龄病人术后不适程度有明显差异（Hc=10．76，p〈0．05）：年龄越小，舒适改变的程度越大；不同文化程度病人术后不适程度有明显差异（Hc=8．08，p〈0．05）：文化程度越高，舒适改变的程度越重。结论了解FESS术后病人舒适改变的各种原因及其影响程度，开采取相应的护理对策，能显著增进患者术后的舒适程度。Objective：The purpose of functional endoscopic sinus surgery patients after the causes of change in comfort and care.Methods：60 cases of patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery were comfortable changing the reasons for the survey,analysis of survey results, to understand the impact of patient comfort after relevant factors and the impact.Results：60 cases of patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery comfortable most severe change in the first four factors are nose forehead pain in 23 cases（38.33%）, dry mouth, pharyngodynia 22 eases（36.67%）, insomnia in 18 cases（30.00%）Nasal bleeding uncomfortable cases（Hc=10.76,p〈0.05）：younger,the greater the degree of comfort change;patients with different education Significant difference in the degree of discomfort （Hc=8.08,p〈0.05）：the higher the education level, the severer the comfort change. Conclusion：Learn functional endoscopic sinus surgery patients comfortable after the change and its impact for various reasons, and to take corresponding measures of care, can significantly enhance the level of comfort patients.
