摘 要:目的:探讨低剂量γ射线辐照人全血对血清抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:20份人全血,以剂量为1Gy的γ射线进行辐照,吸收剂量率为17Gy/min,分别于照射前及照射后1、2h取样检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力。结果:离体全血在剂量为1Gyγ射线照射后1h,可见血清中SOD、GR、GSH-Px及CAT活性升高,且均与照射前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经γ射线照射2h后,除SOD活性与照射后1h差异无统计学意义,GR、GSH-Px及CAT活性进一步升高,与照射后1h比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:离体全血经1Gyγ射线辐照后,血清中主要抗氧化酶活性增高,因此增强抗自由基防御反应。Objective:To investigate the effects of Gamma ray irradiated blood on the enzyme activities of serum antioxidases. Method:Twenty units of whole blood were irradiated by γ- ray at a dose of 1Gy. The absorption dose rate was 17 Gy/min. The enzyme activities of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) ,glutathione reductase(GR),catalase(CAT)were detected before irradiation and 1 h, 2 h after irradiation respectively. Result:One hour after irradiation, the enzyme activities of serum SOD, GSH-Px, GR and CAT were higher than those of pre-radiation (P〈0.01). Two hours after radiation, enzyme activities of all antioxidases were higher than those of one hour after radiation, except SOD (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Gamma ray irradiation at low dose can obviously enhance the enzyme activities of serum antioxidases, therefore enhance defence reaction of anti free radical.
