双气囊电子小肠镜检查过程中运用沟通与交流技巧对配合满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在小肠疾病患者行双气囊电子小肠镜检查的检查过程中沟通与交流对配合满意度的影响。方法用随机分组的方法将36例病人分为试验组和对照组，并对病人进行术中配合满意度的评定。结果试验组病人术中配合满意率为83．3％，对照组病人术中配合满意率为44．4％，试验组病人术中配合满意率明显高于对照组（Х^2=6．08，P〈0．01）。结论沟通与交流在双气囊电子小肠镜检查中可有效提高病人配合的满意度，有助于提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of communication on the satisfaction of patients receiving double - balloon enteroscopy examination. Methods 36 patients were divided into experimental group （ n = 18） and control group （ n = 18 ）, and the satisfaction rat of patients receiving double - balloon enteroscopy examination were evaluated. Results There are significant difference of satisfaction rat between the experimental group and the control group （ 83.3% . vs. 44. 4%, Х^2 = 6.08, P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion Communication with patients during the process of double- balloon colonoscopy examination can effectively improve the patient＇s satisfaction rat and improve the quality of nursing.
