粤东地区尖锐湿疣患者人乳头瘤病毒检测及型别分析

摘　　要：目的探讨粤东地区尖锐湿疣患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的检测与分型。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测粤东地区101例尖锐湿疣患者病损组织中的HPV。结果HPV的检出率为70.3%(71/101),其中HPV6、11型的检出率为51.5%(52/101),HPV42型的检出率为3.0%(3/101),HPV43型的检出率为2.0%(2/101),其他型的检出率为13.8%(15/101)。结论粤东地区尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染以HPV11型和HPV6型为主,感染高峰年龄为20～40岁。Objective To investigate the detection condition and typing of human papillomavirus in patients with condyloma acuminatum in east Guangdong. Methods Polymerase chain reaction （PCR） was applied to detecting human papillomavirus of impaired tissues in 110 patients with condylo ma acuminatum in east Guangdong. Results The detection rate of HPV was 70. 3% （71/101）, in which the positive rate of HPV6, 11, HPV42, HPV43 and other types was 51.5% （52/101）, 3.0% （3/101）, 2.0% （2/101） and 13.8% （15/101） respectively. Conclusion Most of the patients with condyloma acuminatum are mainly infected by HPVll and HPV6 in east Guangdong. The peak age of HPV infection is 20 40 years old.
