摘　　要：髁突骨关节病和骨-软骨破坏是临床上常遇到的问题。组织工程学的兴起为髁突骨质缺损的修复提供了新的治疗途径和希望。虽然已经对下颌髁突进行了大量的研究,但组织工程技术构建髁突的研究仍处于早期探索阶段。本文对组织工程技术构建下颌髁突相关的细胞来源、支架材料和下颌髁突构建存在的问题等进行了综述。Osteoarthrosis or osteochondral tissue destroy of mandibular condyle are common diseases clinically. Tissue engineering provides a new way and the revolutionary possibility for curing these diseases. Although characterization of the mandibular condyle has been extensively studied, tissue engineering of the mandibular condyle is still in an early stage. This review focuses on advanced study relevant to cell sources, scaffolds, tissue engineering regeneration and challenges for mandibular condyle tissue engineering.
