南德温肉牛与甘南高寒地区西杂牛三元杂交效果调查

摘　　要：[目的]为了提高甘南本地黄牛和西杂牛的生产性能,[方法]从2006年开始引进南德温肉牛细管冻精与当地西黄F1代母牛进行杂交,测定其杂种后代体重、体尺等主要生长发育指标和进行适应性观察。[结果]表明:南×(西×黄)犊牛初生、6月龄、12月龄、18月龄体重、体尺显著高于西×黄F1代(P<0.01),且能很好的适应甘南高寒牧区的生态环境和饲养管理条件。[结论]所以,南德温肉牛可作为肉牛三元杂交的终端父本在甘南高寒环境下黄牛产区大面积推广。To improve the productive performance of local yellow cattle and Simmental crossbred cattle in Gannan, since 2006, the straw frozen semen of the South Devon has been introduced to inseminate female cattle in local yellow cattle and Simmental crossbred cattle by AI. The body weight, body sizes and adaptability of crossbred progenies of the South Devon beef cattle were determined, it was indicated that, the body weight, body sizes of three-breed crossbred progenies of South Devon × （Simmental × local yellow cattle） were obviously larger than that of F1 of Simmental× local yellow cattle（ P 〈0.01）, moreover, three-breed crossbred cattle can adapt to ecological environment and feeding conditions in Gannan alpine areas. Therefore, the South Devon beef cattle was a good final sire in three--breed crossbreeding for beef cattle and may be extended over large areas in yellow cattle areas of Gannan.
