长株潭城市群现代物流发展对策研究

摘　　要：长株潭城市群被批准为国家资源节约型与环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革试验区,这给长株潭城市群带来了重大的机遇,也对其现代物流发展提出了更高的要求。文章指出,随着社会经济的不断增长,长株潭城市群现代物流取得了很大发展,但仍然存在许多问题,如管理体制多元化,缺乏物流发展整体规划与资源整合,工商企业物流效率低下,粗放型物流经济和"野蛮物流"现象严重等。为更好地建设国家资源节约型与环境友好型社会,促进长株潭城市群现代物流发展,必须解放思想,大胆创新,加强长株潭三市的沟通和总体规划;优化物流政策,营造现代物流发展的宏观环境;培育物流市场,鼓励工商企业与物流企业结成合作联盟;提升物流产业结构,推进物流服务需求的专业化、市场化、信息化;重视并发展逆向物流,推进循环经济发展的市场化进程;发展再制造业,培育两型产业新的增长极;树立绿色物流理念,推动可持续发展战略实施。Building the ＂two-oriented society＂ brought historic opportunity to the Chang-Zhu-Tan city group, but there is also a higher demand for modem logistics in this area. The author gives the definition of ＂two-oriented society＂ and Chang- Zhu-Tan city group, the development situation and existing problems of modem Logistics of Chang-Zhu-Tan city group. And on this basis, the author also puts forward some suggestions on these, such as further emancipating the mind, bolding innovation, science planning, strengthening coordination, optimizing the policy of logistics environment, fostering the logistics market, upgrading the industrial structure and service level, improving the reverse logistics development, endeavoring to develop manufacturing industry, fostering the concept of green logistics and so on.
