基于《WHO示范处方集》制定《国家处方集》,保障公众基本用药

摘　　要：目的为建立、完善国家基本药物制度提供可行性建议。方法基于WHO在处方集制定方面的研究成果,编制我国的《国家处方集》,完善国家基本药物制度的配套措施。结果与结论作为推广基本药物有效工具之一的《国家处方集》,在其出台并应用到实践中后,必然能推动国家基本药物制度在我国的建立及逐步完善,保障公众基本用药。Objective To provide some feasible suggestions in order to establish and improve national essential drug system. Methods Developing a national formulary based on the WHO model formulary and improving the correlative measure of national essential drug system. Results and Conclusions After it is published and put into practice, NF which is one of the effective tools to spread essential drug can impulse national essential drug system to be established and gradually improved in our country and ensure the availability and affordability of essential drug for the public.
