摘　　要：通过中心静脉置管技术准入和质量监控中的分层级管理,包括成立中心静脉置管技术准入审核管理组织,优化中心静脉置管的操作流程,修订和完善导管的日常维护标准,健全质量管理体系,开展中心静脉置管知识的培训考核,培养中心静脉置管专业护士,提高了患者对中心静脉置管技术的满意度,降低了并发症,保障患者的安全,提升了静脉输液的护理质量,同时合理利用护士人力资源,调动了护士的积极性,促进静脉输液的专业化发展。Through the implementation of grading management on technical access system and quality surveillance of central venous catheterization （CVC）,including developing a committee to take responsibility for CVC＇s technical access review and management, optimizing the catheter placement procedure, standardizing the daily maintenance, strengthening quality control system,conducting education and examination of the CVC＇s knowledge and the training of CVC＇s professional nurses,we not only significantly increased the patients＇ satisfaction on catheter insertion,decreased incidence of complications,protected the safety of patients and improved the quality of intravenous infusion,but also dramatically improved reasonable use of nurse resources ,motivated the enthusiasm of the nurses ,and promoted the professional development of intravenous infusion.
