摘　　要：目的总结地震髋部骨折伤员深静脉血栓形成的综合预防措施。方法按深静脉血栓形成高危因素对195例地震髋部骨折伤员进行分级评估,并针对性实施综合预防措施,观察深静脉血栓形成的症状和体征,评价综合预防措施对预防地震髋部骨折伤员深静脉血栓形成的作用。结果地震髋部骨折伤员应用综合预防措施后,未发现下肢深静脉血栓形成的病例。结论采取综合预防措施,对预防地震髋部骨折伤员深静脉血栓形成有积极意义。Objective To summarize the comprehensive intervention to prevent deep venous thrombosis in hip fracture patients after Wenchuan earthquake. Methods Totally 195 patients with hip fracture were evaluated on risk of deep venous thrombosis and preventive measures were taken accordingly. Signs and symptoms of deep venous thrombosis were observed carefully, and the effect was evaluated. Results No cases suffered deep venous thrombosis during hospitalization. Conclusion The comperhensive intervention could effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis in hip fracture patients following Earthquake.
