摘　　要：总结1例桥脑中央髓鞘溶解症的临床表现和护理体会。严密观察病情,维持呼吸功能,加强特殊用药的护理和管理,预防并发症,加强肢体功能训练和相关心理支持等。患者病情得到有效控制,顺利康复并痊愈出院。To summarize the clinical manifestation and effective nursing experience of a patient with Adama-Victor-Mancall Syndrome. Closely observation,maintaining the respiratory function,enhancing management and nursing care of special medication,preventing complication,reinforcing functional exercise and emotional support could have the patient＇s condition effectively controlled ,fully recovered and discharged.
