低标准长板式大模板高层住宅改造技术

摘　　要：20世纪80年代建设的低标准高层住宅已不能满足现代社会的要求,需进行改造。根据该类住宅内浇外挂的结构特点,结合建筑改造方案,提出了拆除部分墙板,接建剪力墙结构的方案,改变了原结构抗侧力体系,延长原结构的建筑生命。Constructed in the 1980s, the low-stundard residences can not meet the requirements of modern society, which need reconstruction. According to the structural featues and combined with schemes of building reconstruction, it has been proposed the scheme of removing partial wall slabs and adding shear walls, by which the anti-lateral force system of an original structure was changed, thus increasing its service life.
