摘  要:利用Remazol RR系列活性染料对大豆蛋白复合纤维染色性能进行了系统实验,旨在探索大豆蛋白复合纤维碱性浴和变性浴染色的基本染色规律。实验结果表明,乙烯砜活性染料对大豆蛋白复合纤维的碱性浴理想染色温度为60~70℃,中色染色的纯碱用量为4~6 g/L。乙烯砜活性染料较佳的酸性浴染色pH值为3~4,续染时间为40 min。对大豆蛋白复合纤维采用活性染料变性浴的染色方法,可以达到良好的效果。The dyeing behaviors of Remazol RR reactive dyes were tested systematically in this paper to study the principal dyeing performance of the alkali bath and the denaturalization bath for soybean fiber. The results showed the ideal dyeing temperature of vinyl sulfone reactive dyes for soybean fiber was 60 - 70 ℃. The dosage of soda for soybean fiber was about 4 -6 g/L for pale color. To denaturalization bath of vinyl sulfone reactive dyes, the better pH value was 3 to 4 and the standing time was about 40 minutes. Experiments showed that good result has been achieved when the soybean fiber was dyed by the denaturalization bath of reactive dyes.
