细特粗纺纹面花呢生产实践

摘　　要：重点介绍了近几年我国粗纺毛织物市场比较流行的,具有意大利风格的细特粗纺纹面花呢的风格特征、主要技术条件,同时介绍了该产品在实际生产过程中所采取的主要工艺措施、加工工艺流程、关键工序的控制方法及对传统纺纱设备的改造情况等。改进工艺后,可顺利生产出所需风格的织物。实验发现,新型纺纱系统纺出的纱线虽然纱支、条干比较均匀,纱线强力较好,但由于纱线表面毛羽较多,织造前必须先经过浆纱。This article introduced the style, the main technological conditions of the Italian style fine woollen fabric which was fashionable in the woollen fabrics market. It also introduced the main technological measures, the process flow, the control method to the key production processes and the equipment reform for the new spinning system. It can produce the required style fabric with the reformative process. The results showed that the yarn spun on the new spinning system was regular and strong, but it was quite hairy, so it must be slashed.
