摘　　要：分析了精梳毛织物经档疵点的危害。着重从原料的选择搭配、纺纱蒸纱工艺的制定、毛纱的存放要求、整经及织造工序的工艺制定及操作要求等方面,研究了精梳毛织物在生产过程中经档疵点产生的原因及形成的机理,并针对各个工序分别提出了对应的预防、控制和消除产生经档疵点的具体措施,同时提出了在企业日常的生产工艺质量管理中,为避免精梳毛织物经档疵点的产生应当注意的一些操作方法。The warp band defects of worsted fabrics are very important to quality control. The defects were difficult to pass away once they were produced, and affected the economic benefit of the company. On the basis of long-term productive practice, the fact that the warp band defects of worsted fabrics is analyzed. The article studies its cause and mechanism in the production process of worsted fabrics. The concrete methods included prevention, control and elimination methods are put forward.
