摘  要:目的:应用火焰原子吸收法测定血府逐瘀丸中的微量元素Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni含量。方法:采用硝酸-高氯酸(4:1)常压微沸条件下消解样品,并进行了方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果:测定的3批样品中有2批未检出Cr,Cr的检出限为2.1×10-8g;方法的加样回收率(n=3)为96.8%~107.1%,RSD为1.1%~5.1%。结论:本方法准确、迅速、简便。Objective : To determine the amount of trace elements ( Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Cr, Ni) in Xiefuzhuyu pills by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). Method: FAAS was used to determine the contents of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Cr, Ni in the Xiefuzhuyu pills. The samples were digested with HNO3 - HClO4 (4:1 ) at 140 ℃ under normal pressure. In the meantime, the accuracy and precision on the results were studied. Results:Cr had not been detected in 2 samples,and the detection of limit was 2. 1 × 10^-8 g for Cr;The results showed that the recovery of additional standard(n =3) was 96. 8% - 107.1% ,and RSD was 1.1% -5.1%. Conclusion:The method is accurate, rapid and simple.
