摘  要:目的:建立舒血宁注射液中总银杏酸的限量检查方法,为舒血宁注射液质量标准相关检测项目提供检测方法和试验依据。方法:样品以石油醚(60~90℃)振摇提取,回收溶剂,甲醇溶解,制备供试品溶液;色谱分析条件:色谱柱为InertsilODS-3C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:10),流速1mL.min-1,检测波长300nm。结果:白果新酸进样量在4.4~22ng范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997;平均回收率(n=12)为87.81%。结果:本方法测定结果准确,可用于舒血宁注射液的限量检查。Objective :To establish the limit test of total ginkgolic acid and provide the determinate method and experimental foundation for the related item of Shuxuening injection. Method:Shake the sample with petroleum ether (60 -90 ℃ ), recover the solvent to dryness, and add methanol to dissolve. The separation was performed on a Inertsil ODS -3 C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) ,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid(85: 10) ,with detection at 300 nm,flow rate at 1 mL ·min^-1. Results:There was a linear relationship with the range of 0. 42 - 2.08 ng, r = 0. 9997 ; The average recovery ( n = 12) was 87.81%. Conclusion: The method is specific, sensitive, accurate, and can be used as the test method of ginkgolic acid.
