摘  要:采样值传输是变电站自动化系统过程层与间隔层之间串行通信的重要组成部分,电子式电流/电压互感器的出现使得采样值数字化传输成为可能,IEC61850标准定义了采样值数字输出规范。为了验证采样值的数字化传输,建立了采样值传输的发布者/订阅者通信模型,并着重介绍了其中作为发布者功能的合并单元装置的结构和功能;将此抽象模型映射到具体的通信栈上。对一组连续时刻的电流/电压瞬时值数据,按照IEC61850-9定义的帧格式进行打包,利用VC++6.0中网络编程工具,建立套接字,在套接字上实现采样值报文的发送和接收。多次实验表明,报文收发情况正常,不存在丢包情况,从而验证了基于IEC61850标准的采样值数字化传输理论的正确性,对工程实践有一定的指导意义。The transmission of sampled values is an important part of the serial communication between process layer and bay layer in substation automation system, and appearance of electronic current/voltage transformers makes possible digital transmission of sampled values. IEC 61850 defined the digital output regulation for sampled values. For the verification of sampled values digital transmission, a Publisher/Subscriber sampled values transmission model was established, and the structure and function of merging unit were introduced, which acted as the function of publisher. The abstract model was mapped into concrete communication stake. And a set of instantaneous values of current/vohage from a continuous time scale was packed obeying the frame defined by IEC 61850-9. Then build the socket using VC++ 6.0 network programming tool and realize packet send and reception on the socket. The result from multiple testing shows that packet delivery is unblocked and no message lost. This test verified the IEC 61850-based sampled values transmission, which have oriental meaning for practice.
