摘 要:大型发电机定子槽楔发生松动会导致定子线棒在电磁力的作用下产生电磁振动,从而加剧定子线棒绝缘的机械磨损及槽内放电引起的绝缘腐蚀,直接威胁着大型发电机的安全运行。通过对大电机的2种不同固定结构槽楔的松动过程进行研究,获取槽楔受迫振动条件下的声音及位移特性来综合判断槽楔的松动程度,并在此振动特性的理论模型及实验基础上,开发了基于DSP数字信号处理的大型发电机槽楔松动检测系统,能够快速准确地检测槽楔的松动性。在电厂现场实测验证了本槽楔松动检测系统的有效性。Stator bars may get into vibration fiercely caused by the electromagnetic force due to the existence of loose wedges in large generators, which would accelerate the deterioration of the insulation system even make the generators step into calamity ultimately without any treatment. Detection of loose stator wedges is important for reliability of large generators during their operation. It was studied the loose process of stator slot wedge with different fixing style, and makes a judgment of the wedge tight or loose based on its performance of vibrant sound and displacement. Moreover, a loose wedge detecting equipment developed with DSP was mainly introduced.
