摘  要:分析了热控系统的运行环境,介绍了提高热控系统可靠性的技术研究内容,包括热控系统典型控制策略、《分散控制系统故障应急处理预案》的完善,热控设备可靠性分类与测量仪表合理校验周期及校验方法、热控系统可靠性评估标准等。重点讨论了提高TSI系统运行可靠性、提高热控系统接地可靠性和抗干扰能力的技术措施,以及热控控制逻辑和单点信号保护逻辑的优化等内容。该项技术研究工作有利于促进热控专业的科学化、规范化、精细化管理,提高监督工作的实效性和机组运行的可靠性。The operation environment of I&C system was analyzed. The technologies related to the reliability improvement were presented, including typical control strategies for I&C system; the perfecting of "The Emergency Plan for the Troubleshooting of DCS"; the reliability classification of I&C Equipment; the checking period and checking methods of measuring instrument; the evaluation standards for the reliability of I&C system, etc. Several technical measures were taken great emphasis, such as improving the reliability of TSI operation, grounding and anti- interference performance, the optimization of control logic and single-point single protection logic. Such technical research contributes great to the scientific, standardization and refinement of management, so as to improve the effectiveness of supervision and the reliability of unit operation.
