摘  要:三河发电厂二期工程2×300 MW机组是国内首台设计"烟塔合一"脱硫系统无旁路的机组,为确保机组在任何运行工况下进入吸收塔烟气温度和粉尘浓度在设计范围内,保证吸收塔的安全,制定与常规脱硫系统设计有旁路的机组烟风系统不同的运行控制方式,通过制定无旁路脱硫机组烟风系统启停及改变设备投入顺序,控制进入吸收塔的烟气温度。机组稳定运行的实践证明,三河发电厂二期工程设计"烟塔合一"脱硫系统无旁路方式是可行的。The second phase project 2×300 MW unit in Sanhe Power Plant is the first one designed with desulfurization system combined stack and cooling tower into one without bypass gas duct. In order to ensure the gas temperature and consistence of fine dust in the tower within the designed scope and security of the absorber, the operation control mode was designed different from the one of the usual unit of desulfurization system with bypass gas duct. The gas temperature into the tower is controlled by designing the start-up and shut-down of the desulfurization unit without bypass gas duct and changing the order of operation of equipments. The stable operation of the unit in Sanhe Power Plant certifies the feasibility of desulfurization system combined stack and cooling tower into one without bypass gas duct.
