摘  要:在小型固定流化床反应器中,在反应温度400~500℃、剂油质量比6、质量空速10h-1的条件下,考察了H2S对硫醇、噻吩等FCC汽油硫化物生成的影响。结果表明,在分子筛催化剂上,H2S与汽油烯烃发生反应主要生成噻吩、烷基噻吩和少量硫醇,且在不同类型分子筛催化剂上,不同温度下硫化物生成量均随着反应体系H2S质量分数的增加而线性增长。但是,由于受催化剂性质的影响及催化剂对汽油烯烃转化程度的影响,稀土Y型分子筛催化剂上硫化物生成量及随反应体系H2S质量分数增加生成硫化物的增长幅度均高于择形分子筛催化剂;受温度对硫化物生成的热力学与动力学常数影响及温度对烯烃转化程度的影响,硫化物生成量及其增长幅度在450℃时最高。The effect of H2S in the reaction system on the formation of sulfur containing compounds in FCC naphtha was studied on a small fixed fluidized bed(FFB)unit at 400--500℃ with a weight hourly space veloeity(WHSV)of 10 h^-1 and a catalyst/oil ratio of 6. The results showed that H2S reacted with olefins in naphtha to form thiophenes, alkyl-thiophenes and fractional thiols mainly. The amount of sulfur containing compounds formed over zeolite catalysts having different types of zeolites and under various temperatures was all proportional to the mass fraction of H2S in the system. The amount and growth rate of sulfur containing compounds formed over REUSY catalyst is higher than that of the shape selective zeolite catalyst owing to the differences in catalyst properties and catalytic performance. Due to the influences of temperature on the thermodynamic and kinetic constants of the formation of sulfur containing compounds, as well as the degree of olefin transformation,the maximum amount and growth rate of sulfur containing compounds formed was found at 450 ℃.
