白唇鹿、马鹿和梅花鹿血清碱性磷酸酶同工酶的酶谱

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法对白唇鹿、马鹿和梅花鹿血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP）同工酶的酶谱及其多态性进行了比较研究。结果：（1）3种鹿都具有ALPA，ALPB，ALPC和ALPD4种同工酶，它们的相对迁移率分别为40．03％，34.92％，14．29％和6.35％；（2）ALPB同工酶存在ALPB和ALPO两种表型而构成多态性；（3）3种鹿的ALP表型分布和基因频率存在种间差异。The isozyme-spectra and polymorphism of serum alkaline phosphatase inwhite-lipped deer,red deer and sika were investigated by means of polyacrylamide gel elec-trophoresis-disc. The results were as follows: (1)The ALP in three species of deers con-sist-ed of four isozymes including ALP A,ALP B,ALP C and ALP D. The relative move rates offour isozymes were 4O. 03%,34. 92%, 14. 29% and 6. 35% respectively. (2)There were bothALP B and ALP O phenotypes on the locus of ALP B,showing polymorphism. (3)There wasan interspecific difference among the phenotype distribution and the frequehcies of alleles ofthree species of deers for ALP.
