活精口服液对特发性弱精子症精子尾超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的观察活精口服液对特发性弱精子症精子尾超微病变结构的作用机制。方法筛选特发性弱精子症患者146例,根据A级精子活动力分成3组,15%≤A组<25%、5%≤B组<15%、C组<5%。3组均用活精口服液,每次50m l,每日两次。4个月为1个疗程,共治疗两个疗程。3组治疗前后均作电子显微镜观察和精液分析。结果各组治疗后以线粒体病变修复改善最佳、轴丝和密纤维病变次之。线粒体病变中以排列紊乱改善最显著,线粒体缺损的修复作用以A组最佳。密纤维、轴丝病变中均以排列紊乱改善最显著。各组A级精子活力均有明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论活精口服液能有效改善特发性弱精子症精子尾超微结构病变,其中线粒体修复改善最显著,轴丝、密纤维次之。Objective To study the effect of Huojing Oral Liquid （oral liquid for activating sperms） on uhrastructure of sperm tail in idiopathic asthenospermia and to explore its mechanism. Methods Totally 146 cases with idiopathic asthenospermia were divided into 3 groups according to a level sperm viability, i.e. 15% ≤A group 〈25%, 5%≤B group〈 15%, C group〈 5%. All the groups were treated with Huojing oral liquid, 50ml, twice a day, 4 months as one course of treatment for totally two courses. The seminal fluid analysis and observation with electronic microscope before and after treatment were done for 3 groups. Results After treatment, there was a more significant improvement in mitochondria pathological changes than in dense fiber and axoneme pathological changes. Array disorder of mitochondria was the most significant improvement and in group A the improvement of mitochondria deficiency was the best. The improvement was the best on array disorder of dense fiber and axoneme. There showed a significant improvement in A level sperm viability of each group after treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Huojing Oral Liquid can improve significantly the ultrastructure of sperm tail in idiopathic asthenospermia. More significant improvement is in mitochondria pathological changes.
