摘  要:目的探讨毒素清颗粒对内毒素肺损伤兔肺组织炎症因子表达的影响。方法静脉注射脂多糖建立兔肺损伤模型。将大耳白兔36只随机分为空白组,模型组,毒素清颗粒大、中、小剂量组,双黄连组。测定各组肺组织炎症因子的表达。结果与空白组比较,模型组肺组织巨噬细胞炎症蛋白2信使核糖核酸(M IP-2 mRNA)和肺组织巨噬细胞、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα-)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)和血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)表达显著增强(P<0.01);与模型组比较,毒素清颗粒组各炎症因子表达明显减弱(P<0.01或P<0.05),双黄连组巨噬细胞、IL-1、TNF-α、ICAM-1和VCAM-1表达明显减弱(P<0.01)。结论毒素清颗粒和双黄连均能显著抑制内毒素所致兔肺损伤模型炎症因子表达。Objective To study the effect of Dusuqing Granule (Toxin-eliminating Granule) on the expression of inflammatory factors of lung tissue o[ rabbit with the lung injury induced by endotoxin. Methods The rabbit models of lung injury were established by intravenous injection of lipopolysaceharides. The 36 flap-eared white rabbits were randomized into 6 groups: Normal control group, model group, Dusuqing Granule big, middle and small dosage groups, and Shuanghuanglian Oral Fluid group. The expression of inflammatory factors of lung tissues of rabbits were tested. Results Compared with the control group, the expressions of MIP- 2mRNA, macrophage of lung tissue, IL-1, TNF-α, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the model group were increased. Compared with the model group, the expressions of inflammatory factors of Dusuqing Granule groups were obviously weakened (P〈0. 01 or P〈0.05); the expressions of macrophage of lung tissue, IL-1, TNF-α, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the Shuanghuanglian group were obviously weakened (P〈0.01). Conclusion The expressions of inflammatory factors of lung tissues of rabbits with the lung injury induced by endotoxin are obviously increased and Dusuqing Granule and Shuanghuanglian Oral Fluid can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.
