摘　　要：工程由5座高层建筑及围合在中间的纯地下车库组成,介绍了基础设计中为减少差异沉降采取的主要措施、结构方案优化设计方面所做的计算分析和比较,以及预应力技术在上部大跨度转换结构和连体结构中的应用,可为同类工程设计提供参考。The project consists of several tall buildings surrounding an underground garage. Measures to reduce the settlement difference in the foundation, structure-type selection and optimized design, application of prestressed concrete in the long-span transfer structure system and connected double-structure system are discussed. These may be referred in the similar projects design.
