摘  要:用粉末冶金法制备了SiCp/Al-Cu-Mg基复合材料,研究了SiC颗粒体积分数、Mg在基体合金中的含量(质量分数)以及热处理工艺对SiCp/Al-Cu-Mg复合材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明,热处理工艺、SiC颗粒的加入和在基体合金中的Mg含量,都能明显提高复合材料的硬度和强度。9vol%SiC/Al-4wt%Cu-1.2wt%Mg复合材料的力学性能最好,其硬度和强度由热处理前的101.3HV0.02和285MPa提高到热处理后的151.5HV0.02和372MPa。Al-Cu-Mg based composites reinforced by SiC particle were prepared by powder metallurgy, and the influence factors such as different volume fraction of SiC particle,content of magnesium in the based alloy,and heat treatment process on mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the heat treatment technology, volume fraction of SiC particle and content of magnesium in based alloy could obviously improve the hardness and tensile strength of the composites. 9vol% SiC/Al-4wt% Cu-1.2wt% Mg composite presented the best mechanical properties, which hardness and tensile strength increase from 101.3 HV0.02 and 285 MPa before the heat treatment to 151.5 HV0. 02 and 372 MPa after heat treatment respectively.
