摘  要:研究了临界变形对半工艺冷轧无取向电工钢组织性能的影响,并与传统的未经临界变形的半工艺产品组织性能进行了对比,从理论上分析了带来此类影响的原因。试验结果表明,通过临界变形,半工艺产品的磁性性能明显改善,0.50mm厚1.03%(Si+Al)的电工钢其铁损P1.5/50可达到3.52~3.78W/kg,磁感B5000为1.68~1.71T;产品的硬度明显提高,满足用户最佳冲片硬度140~180HV的要求。The effects of critical deformation on microstructure and properties of semi-processed cold non-oriented electrical sheet steel were investigated, their microstructures and properties differences were compared with that produced by traditional processes, at last, the reason of effects were analyzed in theory. The experimental results show that the magnetic properties and hardness values are improved obviously, the core loss P1.5/50 is 3.52-3. 78 W/kg,magnetic induction B5000 is 1.68-1.71 T,and the hardness is 140-180 HV.
