摘 要:从工程社会学的视角解读工程决策是工程社会发展的需要。作为工程活动核心环节的工程决策是决策主体针对工程目标和工程问题进行的权衡、设计和选择。工程决策是指向未来的、非线性的社会系统决策。从决策主体、过程和影响因素分析,工程决策有社会决策和技术决策两个层次,前者是工程的合理性和合法性决策,体现的是价值合理性;后者是工程的可能性和可行性决策,体现的是工具合理性。两种决策逻辑交织在一起,其中工程的社会决策影响和决定着工程的技术决策。It is the need of the development of engineering--sociology to interpret engineering decision making from the engineering-sociology perspective. Engineering decision-making, the core-link of engineering activities, means that the decision subject aims at the balance, design, and choice of engineering objects and engineering issues. Engineering decision-making refers to make decision to the future, non-linear social system decision. From the angle of decision subject, process and effected factors, engineering decision-making includes two levels called social decision-making and technical decision-making respectively, the former is engineering decision-making of rational and legal, which embodies value rationality, the latter is the possibility and feasibility, which embodies tools rationality. The dual logic of the two kinds interweave togerher, the social decision-making affects and decides technical decision-making.
