摘　　要：工程作为人类利用自然资源建造的人工制品,是合目的性与合生态规律性的统一。遵循工程的这种统一性,对于工程建设本身和保护自然环境具有重大的现实意义。本文分别论述了工程的合目的性与工程的合自然规律性,特别是合自然的生态规律性,并对如何实现工程的合目的性与合生态规律性的统一进行了探讨和分析。Engineering, as the artificality which huaman being use nature resource to create, is the unification of conforming with intention and conforming with ecological rules. Following the unification of engineering has great practical meaning on the engineering construction and the environment protecting. This paper discusses separately the conforming with intention and conforming with ecological rule of engineering, especially the conforming with ecological rules. And it discusses and analyzes how to realze the unification of conforming with intention and conforming with ecological rule.
